Commercial Water Loss in Berkley, MI

This office building suffered major flooding due to drain backup. This building is two levels in the front and three in the rear. The water was throughout the entire basement level, with 2-5 inches of standing water. SERVPRO of Oak Park/Ferndale extracted and pumped out over 6,500 gallons of water. We also understand that this is a place of business and with the magnitude of the this loss, no work could be done. Our techs worked around the clock those first couple days extracting water, removing wet walls, cabinets, wood, applying antimicrobial to affected materials, and setting drying equipment. We wanted to get in there and get the job done so that the building's employees can get back to work.
