Commercial Storm/Water Damage in Ferndale, MI

This loss occurred in a local church. During a particularly severe storm that caused blown off shingles and damage to the roof decking, the heavy rainfall that accompanied the storm leaked inside. The rainfall lasted almost three days. Although a roof tarp was placed in the intermittent, this still allowed for extensive damage to occur to the ceiling, walls, cabinets, counter tops, and carpet. We placed a good amount of drying equipment on site to dry out all these materials. We prefer to dry materials if possible, as opposed to removing and replacing them. This cuts down not only costs, but on the time in which the customer is dealing with a disruption of their home, business, or in this case, a place of worship. The pastor was grateful for our quick but quality work and they were able to hold services again within a few days.
