Commercial Water Damage in Berkley, MI

This medical office building in Berkley experienced a hot water tank water supply line break during a holiday weekend. When they arrived to work on Tuesday, they found most of the building to have very wet floors. Multiple suites were affected. SERVPRO of Oak Park/Ferndale works with property managers of large commercial buildings like this to dry out the multiple units that have been affected. Each tenant expects that we do our job quickly and efficiently so you can get back to business as usually and get back to treating their patients. Once the demo and water mitigation work was complete, the property manager requested that we continue working on this job and perform the recon work as well.
