I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tracy and I am the Marketing Representative for our SERVPRO location Oak Park/Ferndale. All SERVPRO franchises are individually owned and operated. I started working for the company on October 17^th of 2020, my one year is coming up. It has been a year of new beginnings for me. I was a little nervous about writing blogs for a restoration company, there was so much to explore. Through all the research and personal learning I am now at a place of comfort of my continued effort to give you the best information and photos that represent the hard working individuals of SERVPRO’S team and to let you know, you are not alone when it comes to having a loss of any kind.
