*Townhomes/Apartments Complex’s {to name a few}

~Exterior and Interior Inspection are equal in importance. I will share with you a few of the main elements of a Commercial Building Inspection.~

*Do you have Fire Protection? Exits?

*Are Heating and Plumbing systems working properly?

*Do you have proper Ventilation and Air Conditioning?

*Does your Roof surface need to be updated?

*Is your Structural Frame in good condition?

*Is the Mechanical and Electrical up to code?

*Are your Utilities, landscaping, paving in good condition?

~Whether you are buying or already occupying the property, it may take some time to get through all the requirements on that list before you can acquire an approval from an inspector or the team of inspectors that have an expertise in a specific trade.~
