How often should you inspect your commercial property?

More often than you think. Often sources of damage hide themselves from view for a long time before doing their damage. A small pinhole in a pipe could develop into a large crack before you know it. Or a weird smell could turn out to be mold growth that has gone undiscovered until then.

Checking throughout your property once every few months will enable you to spot problems that could grow into disasters if left unchecked. Maybe that old furnace needs to be replaced for fear of catching fire or that one leaky pipe should be replaced before any mold can begin to grow.

Being in the know can prevent disasters, keeping your business open and customers happy.
