Hugh was a pleasure to work with. His team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, flexible, and really took the time to make my wife and our home feel very comfortable. They did a great job resolving the issues and mitigating the damage in the time that was allowed. I would highly recommend Hugh and his team to anyone.

All the workers were very professional efficient quick moving clean knew exactly what they were doing took care of the problem removed the mold had no dust in my place basement whatsoever use the machines to keep it all dust free they did everything they said they were going to do very happy I highly recommend this place. 10/10. Highly recommend! Recently, I had two water leaks a month apart and SERVPRO saved my bamboo floor – and my sanity. Both times, the water saturated the same area and leaked through the basement ceiling. The fact that the floor survived two floods is a testament to SERVPRO's restoration expertise and customer care. I cannot say enough great things about Mike B, Eric, Hugh, Carrie and everyone else that helped me. From the first phone call to the final walk through, they were kind, communicative and professional every step the way. They also made the insurance claim process a breeze. Thank you SERVPRO for treating my home as if it were your own – and for making a stressful situation as worry-free as can be. You're truly the best of the best. We were fortunate to have SERVPRO on our side during the June 26th sewer drain back up! We had just renovated out basement and lost everything! The crew that came out was extremely knowledgeable and professional! The worked long hours to remove our flooring, cut drywall, test and cut plaster, sanitize and dry out our basement. They were punctual, patient and very easy to work with! I highly recommend SERVPRO! Our team of Dan, Brennan and Gino were amazing and I cannot thank these guys enough! The owner Carrie is outstanding! I appreciate everything you did for us during the disaster!

Carrie (owner) SERVPRO of Oak Park/Ferndale came over quickly & did an evaluation of water damage. The next day a crew gutted the damage material while Carrie worked with Insurance

The team was AWESOME! They were careful in removing our items and sorted them. They worked quickly and efficiently.  EVERYTHING was cleaned up, there wasn't one piece of trash left behind.
